RDC Concrete builds Talent Pipeline through a Structured Human Resource System starting with Campus Recruitment of Management Trainee, Graduate Engineer Trainees, Diploma Engineer Trainees. All Employees undergo compulsory induction training. In addition, campus hires undergo one year classroom and on the job training controlled and monitored from Head Office, a unique training system in ready mix industry. We are the only company who has Companywide E-learning Platform named DEEKSHA. For future development of our employees we conduct assessment and development centres which are sourced from International organisations like Thomas International, DDI etc. Our Employee Engagement Programs/Initiatives like Prerna Awards, Disha Workshops, Various Conclaves, Meri Pehli Uddan etc. have resulted in very high score in Great Place to Work Survey.
